Where do the note reminders appear in an agent's record?

Answer / Solution

There are multiple places that these will appear: Click on Notes/Reminders section on the Main Menu screen on the lefthand side. When accessing the customer's file, a message will appear in the Policy Summary screen to remind the user the insured has pending reminders. When accessing the customer's record on the Policy Summary screen, you can click on View/Add Notes
