The Main Menu screen shows that the Agency has pending reminders, can I view my own?

Answer / Solution

Yes. Simply click on the red text link to bring up the Notes and Reminders screen.
On the left side of the screen, click on Agent under the Filter By.
Select your user name.
Immediately you will see your own notes and reminders on the right side of the screen.
