| How do I change the program to bump down to the closest limits or deductibles for companies that don't have the those available that I enter on the quote? |

Bump Down to Match option:
- To have the program bump down to the closest match to the specific limits and deductibles that you entered, you will need to change a rating preference.
- Go to the Gear menu and select Preferences.
- In the Rating section, choose which line(Auto, Home, etc), make sure that the state is correct, and then change the Limits/Deductibles option to Bump Down to Match.
- To close the screen click on the Save button on the lower right of the screen.
