How to make Phone Number a required entry in TurboRater?

1. Go to the Welcome menu in the upper right corner where it says Welcome [your name], then click on Preferences
2. Inside here, click on Agency on the left.*
3. From here, click on Quote Entry
4. Now, click on either Auto or Motorcycle.
5. From here, at the top you can choose to "Make Phone Number a Required Entry" - choose yes or no, and then click on the Save option at the bottom of the window.
6. Hit the Save button again, and then hit Close.  This will take you out of the preferences area.  For this to go into effect, agents will have to log out and back in again.

*To make these changes, you will have to be an Agency Administrator.
