TurboRater offers all users a selection of commonly used state specific ACORD forms with the full list of ACORD forms being available to TurboRater Enterprise edition subscribers.

For Starter and Professional users, accessible ACORD forms will have a gold star next to them.

To access the Accord forms, users must have this option selected on their TurboRater user account setup.  This would need to be done by their administrator(local or agency).

Once that is enabled, the next step is to open or create a quote in TurboRater. You must have a quote open to access the ACORD menu. Forms can be access via the Forms > ACORD Forms menu.

From this menu a user can:

Add Form for Client

• When adding a new form, make sure to set the State and Line of Business filters to aid in searching for the correct form, otherwise there can be quite a few forms showing that are not needed.

View/Edit Existing Client Forms

• View/Edit shows you which forms have been associated with this quote, and allows you to edit them. 

Create a Blank Form

• Creating a blank form allows you to attach a blank form to the quote.

To email or print a form, open an existing form or create a new one. Along the top of the page there will be buttons to perform either action. When emailing, you also have the option to make the form editable by the recipient. Printing the form will open it as a PDF in a new browser window or tab, so that you can either save or print the form.

Other options while in this view are:

• Save the form to the quote
• See previous revisions of the form as they were saved to the quote
• Download a locked PDF of the quote
• Download a fillable PDF of the quote.
