Agency admins can elect to make the following fields required:

• First/Last Name
• Email
• Lead Source
• Contact Method

In doing so, the user will not be able to rate a quote until a value has been entered in the field.  Do note though, for fields that have a drop down selection, such as Lead Source, some users will simply select the first entry in the list just to get past the field.  In other words, by just simply requiring a field does not ensure the user will enter accurate data.
