Instructions on how to deactivate Reliant’s Fee for Service programs. 
(NOTE:  This needs to be done on both Reliant – Transguard Affinity & Reliant Occidental II)

1. Go to Administration
2. Click on Edit Companies
3. Find either Reliant Program
4. Click Additional Info over to the right
5. Click on the Rating Programs tab
6. Uncheck Fee for Service
7. Click OK
8. Click Save Changes
