You must be an Administrator to do this. 

1. Go to Administration and click on Edit Agency Management Options
2. You will need to enter a name in the Agency Management Option Name field in the upper left.
   
3. Scroll down the list and place a check in the box to the left of Record Guardian
   1. If Record Guardian is not listed, customers will need to speak to their sales rep to have it added to their account.
4. Now click on Additional Information
5. You may need to make an edit to the Executable Name/URL: field, please refer to Record Guardian for up to date information regarding what URL you need to use. 
   • Per some recent (May 2021) changes from Record Guardian: URL needs to omit the www at the beginning. (e.g., https://n4.rgsafe.com/vendor/tt2_import.php)
6. Enter your Record Guardian Customer ID in the Account Number field.
7. In the Username field enter in this - turborater
8. In the Password field enter in this - itc123
9. Click on OK, then Save Options, and then hit Exit Administration.
10. You will need to contact Record Guardian to have them allow for bridging to TurboRater (this can be done before or after setting up Record Guardian in TurboRater).
11. You should now be able to bridge to Record Guardian when bridging an Auto quote.
