How do I turn on / off the requirement to enter a First and Last Name?

Answer / Solution

To edit the requirement for a First and Last Name to be entered on every quote:

Go to the Gear menu > Preferences
Click on Agency
Click on Quote Entry, select Yes to "Make First and Last Name a Required Entry"
Click Save and then Close
