Question / Issue
How do I run a report on Contact Methods for quotes entered?

Answer / Solution
  1. Reports > Basic
  2. Select your Date Range
  3. Check Contact Method and either
    • Select all
    • Specify a specific contact method
    • While holding the CTRL key down, select multiple contact sources
  4. Select either a:
    1. Summary Report
    2. Detailed Report
    3. Excel Report
    4. Geographical Report
