If you are trying to bridge to a PTS website and you get "An unknown error occured. The path is not of a legal form. Please try again....." and you are using Windows Vista, 7, or 8 you must set the integration center to run as an administrator.

1. Go to Computer.
2. Double click on the C: drive.
3. Double click on the ICePOC folder.
4. Right click on ICeFileHandler and go to properties.
5. Click on the Compatibilty tab.
6. Check the box "Run this program as an administrator".
7. Click OK.
8. Repeat steps 4-7 for the file named ICePOC located in the same folder as ICeFileHandler. Should be right next to each other.  

Also note: After following all steps and all else fails make sure to try internet explorer if using google chrome
