Question / Issue

How do I specify the number of notes included on each quote in the Notes Detail Report?

Answer / Solution

Go to the Gear menu at the top right of the screen and select Preferences.
On the Preferences screen, click on Agency.
In the Basic Reports section, either indicate a maximum number of notes per quote to display for each quote or you can choose to include all notes for each quote.
Click on Save and then Close.
