Question / Issue
What is Reason Not Bound?

Answer / Solution

The Reason Not Bound entry allows agents to track why they are not able to sell a quote.  This entry can be found on the Policy tab in the Additional Information section.

 

 

It can also can be accessed anywhere from within the quote by clicking the Note/Bound button and selecting Policy Bound Yes/No.  Select reason in the Quote Status box.

 

 

Agency Administrators can report on this field at anytime by accessing the  Reports-Advanced under the Options menu. 

Once in the Performance Reports, click on Quotes Not Bound under the Producers/Cust Serv Reps section.
