There are two ways a Contact Method can be set as a default:

1. A default can be set for all quotes created by anyone or
2. A default can be set by individual users using a Quote Template

To create a default for all quotes created by anyone:

1. Go to the Gear menu and select Preferences.
   
2. Click on Agency.
3. Under Contact Methods, click on Default next to the Contact Source name that you wish to be the default.
4. Click on Save and then Close.
