Visual graphs, such as the bar graphs or pie charts can be exported into a PDF document¹ or a PNG image².

1. To export Visual graphs, click on Export and select your preferred file type.

List reports or the Quote Analysis reports can be exported to an Excel Spreadsheet ³ or a CSV ⁴ file.

3. To export the List reports, click on Export and select your preferred file type.
4. To export a Quote Analysis report, click on Export and select your preferred file type.

 ¹ A pdf viewer, such as Adobe's free Acrobat viewer will be required to view this format.
² A PNG file is an image file.  An image viewer, such as Microsoft Paint, Microsoft Office Picture Manager will be required to view this file.
³ Microsoft Excel will be required to view this file.
⁴ A CSV file is a comma separated value file.  Any text reader such as Notepad can be used to view this file.
