What Quote Analysis Reports are available?

Answer / Solution

Quote analysis reports can be performed on the quotes included in each of the Performance Reports.

By default, the Quote Details report will be shown.  This report provides specific details about the quotes that met the specified criteria and are displayed in the performance report above it.  The details provided for the Quote Analysis report are as follows:

  • Last Name
  • First Name
  • Address
  • City
  • State
  • Zip
  • Home Phone
  • Work Phone
  • Email
  • Insurance Company quoted (if the quote was saved on the breakdown screen)
  • Location the quote is assigned to
  • Written by (if applicable)
  • Quoted by
  • Last Quoted by (in the event the quote was modified, this column would display who last modified the quote)
  • Date Quoted
  • Last Quoted Date (the last date the quote was modified)
  • Effective Date
  • Bound (yes or no)
  • Bound Date (if applicable)
  • Lead Source
  • Reason Not Bound (if applicable)

Also available is the Limits Analysis report.  This can be selected by clicking the drop down menu available for Quote Analysis.  The Limit Analysis report displays the total number of quotes for each limit of liability. 

To learn how the limits each of your producer's quotes contain compared to the agency's average, select a specific producer under the drop down menu labeled "Producer".
