Question / Issue

The Binder option is closed, although the ID Card option is open. How do I get the Binder page to open for a client?

Answer / Solution

The binder option is only available for an actual quote. Please either open a saved quote or rate a new quote to access this feature.

Agent's have the ability to print a blank id card; however, the binder can only be done for a quote generated from Turborater.
