You must have your agency user id and password entered in the Bridge Path entry field on the Integration tab in the Product Properties screen.

To view this information:

1. You must have an Administrative login to access this feature.
2. Go to the Administration menu and select Edit Companies.

3. Once the list of companies appear, you will click on the Additional Info link on the right side of the screen across from Bankers.

4. Click on the Integration tab and enter your Bankers user id and password after the "=" in the Bridge Path entry field (you may need to click on the field and use your right arrow to scroll over to this area).

5. Once you have completed this entry, click on the OK button at the bottom of the Product Properties box to save and close the screen.
