The agency administrator can limit Restricted and Standard Users from being able to edit and delete notes.

To do so:

1. Go to the Gear menu and select Preferences.
2. Click on Agency.
3. Now click on Permissions, then check Restricted and Standard Users Cannot Edit/Delete Notes.
4. Once you have checked this option, click on Save, and then click Close.
