NOTE: You must have Administrative rights to delete a template.

1. Go to the Administraton menu and select Edit Agency Letter Templates.

    

  2.  Click on the Delete button at the bottom of the screen.

  3.  A box will open with a listing of each letter.  Click in the box next to the name of the letter(s) to be deleted.

   4.  You will be asked to confirm that you want to delete the letters you selected, click Yes.
