If you encounter an error when bridging with Renaissance stating that you are "not contracted to quote" the Producer Code in TurboRater needs to be removed. Renaissance will give a rate and initiate the bridge through TurboRater but will display an error on Renaissance's website after the bridge if the producer code is present. 

To remove the producer code in TurboRater:

• Go to the Administration > Edit Companies menu
• Find Renaissance in the list of carriers and click Edit Info
  
• Remove the Producer Code, make sure that the Username and Password are filled out
• Click Save at the bottom and re-rate the quote
• Try the bridge again.
