Error bridging to Haulers

Answer / Solution

If you're getting an error message while bridging to Haulers please make sure the following information is correct in the rater:

As an Agency or Location Administrator, please check the following:

  1. From the top of TurboRater click Administration > List Company Groups.
  2. Click Edit to the left of the Group Name the user encountering the error bridging is using.
  3. Find Haulers in the list and click Edit Info.
  4. Verify the user name and password is correct(they need to be in ALL CAPS when enetered for Haulers to work).
  5. Click Save Changes at the bottom and attempt rate/bridge again.

 

If you are still having issues, please contact the ITC Technical Support Department @ 800-383-3482  option 4 for support then choose option 3 for TurboRater.
