Question / Issue
What are user roles (agency or location admin, standard or restricted user)?

Answer / Solution

Every user is set with one of the following roles:

 

  1.  Agency Admin
    • Can create,modify and delete locations and users for any location.
    • Can create reports to include data for all locations.
    • Access and edit quotes for all locations, and users.
  2. Location Admin
    • Can modify their own user information or standard user accounts at any location.
    • Can create reports to include data for their assigned location(s).
    • Can access and edit quotes for all locations and users.
  3. Standard User
    • Can only modify their own user information.
    • Can access and edit quotes for all locations and users.
  4. Restricted User
    • Can only access and edit quotes for all locations and users.
